Before finalizing your purchase, you may select a delivery option for your order. Please note that some expedited delivery options may be unavailable on certain orders. Dr Brenadan may assess a flat delivery charge for shipping and handling which will be reflected on the online checkout page prior to purchase. Dr Brendan does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APOs, hotels, or public mail centers. Estimated days for shipping are the time it takes for the shipping company to deliver your order. This does not include the time it takes Dr Brendan to process and prepare your order for delivery.
2-3 Business Days Delivery: Your order should be received by 5:00 p.m. on the third business day after shipping.
International Shipping
Due to U.S. export restrictions and policies, DrBrendan does not ship to international addresses.

- Dr Brendan takes your privacy very seriously. Any information obtained from you for use at Dr Brendan will not be shared with anyone at any time unless explicitely stated.

Dr Brendan will do a full inspection of the device prior to repair, if the repair matches the purchaser's service request the repair will be completed as ordered. If Dr Brendan technicians find other problems with the device they will contact the owner to confirm additional repairs. If you send Dr Brendan a device beyond repair we will contact you explaining the complications.
House Calls
- Dr Brendan offers a unique service in which we will come to you. Not all service is offered for house call service. To initiate a house call choose your product that you need assistances with and then choose the house call option. You'll notice that not all areas are currently service by DrBrendan. If you think you'd like a house call but are unsure of what you need to do please contact us at housecalls@drbrendan.com and we'll get back you with details on how we can best help you.
- Repair and Service Warranty

Dr Brendan purchases the highest quality parts on the market. Parts ruled as defective within 120 days of the date the service was purchased fall under Warranty. Warranty only valid on parts replaced during the service. There are no refunds for repair or upgrade services.
Viewing Orders
- You can view your current order status through the My Account link located in the top bar and footer. Your order will be updated with it's current status if it is in for repair or location based on current shipping information.
